Introducing CGLCC’s New Membership: The FAM
A new membership program for all 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneurs, launching September 2025
For years we’ve heard the call from our communities — queer entrepreneurs just starting a side-hustle and looking for resources, independent contractors and freelancers looking for like-minded networks, and former certified suppliers who took on investment, or brought in a partner, and could no longer participate in CGLCC’s Supplier Diversity programming.
Focused on connection, community building, and resource sharing, CGLCC’s The FAM responds to these calls by bringing together all entrepreneurial 2SLGBTQI+ folks, from coast to coast to coast, to build more robust support networks, to learn from one another’s expertise and experiences, and to gain more industry-focused connections.
CGLCC is working to create a truly inclusive Canadian economy where all self-identified 2SLGBTQI+ business owners, entrepreneurs, contractors, freelancers, gig workers, and side hustlers have ease of access and boundless opportunities to actively participate, and to see their businesses thrive.
