With over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, Alina leads the Supplier Diversity Program at CGLCC as the Business Development Manager for Quebec and Nunavut. Trained as an economist, she is skilled in identifying strategic market opportunities and driving initiatives that bolster both corporate growth and community impact. Her expertise shines in nurturing product market fits, boosting B2B and B2C sales, and overall market expansion initiatives, with a notable track record launching diverse brands in CPG and Durable Goods markets and securing major distribution agreements across Canada and the U.S.
Passionate about creating inclusive and intersectional environments, Alina actively works to connect the immigrant experience with LGBTQ+ identities, helping newcomers overcome initial challenges in Canada, through her volunteer work. Outside of her professional endeavours, she is a dedicated mother of two sons and an enthusiast of fitness and nutrition, balancing her life through weightlifting, cycling, swimming, and continuous curious exploration in food product development.
